An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a Support Analyst*Account Manager for a large blue chip organisation. To qualify for this role you will have previously provided 2nd line application support to a number of users, and preferably have any experience using Peregrine, Basic Active Directory, SAP support, Tivoli and have supported Blackberrys. Your role will involve Business Development, Project Management and Technical Break*Fix. You will be tasked with project planning*scheduling, escalation management, reporting, SLA management, PC rebuilds, server support, printer support and daily tape management.
